New Talent Development Program before they graduate to work behind the chair. New Talent take guests and work side-by-side with our Educator to give you the best experience at limited-time specialty prices. New Talent
Any Stylist who recently joined our team, regardless of experience, begins in our New Talent Development Program.
Here they learn one-on-one with our educator and offer services at limited time specialty pricing.
Tier 1
After graduating Stylists begin as Tier 1's. They are ready to take guests behind the chair. Our Educator is still present during their shift to ensure you receive the
best hair service.
Tiers 2 - 5
Looking for a true hair expert? Our Tier 2 through 5 Stylists have been with our Salon for over a year and have worked closely with our in-house educator to perfect their techniques behind the chair.
